1. As-Is Condition
All items are sold "as-is," and all sales are final once the auction has closed, except in cases where items are misrepresented or damaged during shipping. Please carefully review the item descriptions, photos, and condition before bidding. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us prior to bidding.
2. Item Misrepresentation
If you receive an item that is significantly different from the description (e.g., the wrong size, wrong model, or incorrect condition), you may be eligible for a return. You must contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the item to report the issue and request a return authorization. All returns for misrepresentation are subject to verification by our team.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. After review, we will offer a return or replacement, depending on the circumstances. In the case of defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs.
4. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for any other reason, including a change of mind, incorrect fit, or if you simply no longer want the item after purchase.
5. Return Process

8. Exceptions
Items that have been altered, customized, or used beyond typical testing may not be eligible for return, unless damaged in transit.
